Personalized one-on-one Breathwork sessions customized to guide you on a journey to self-discovery & healing. Learn breathing exercises that are specifically chosen to address your individual challenges. This is a great opportunity for personal growth, emotional well-being, physical health & work on letting go of what no longer serves you. This is a 90-minute session where we will start by getting clear on your intention & what you would like to specifically work on during the coaching session. You will then be guided by music & my voice through an active breathing session where you will determine the pace you feel & how much energy you want to put into the work you are putting within yourself. The last portion of the session will be followed by journaling & insight discussion. I offer these sessions virtually or in-person (travel fee included).
