Whit's journey began late one night when she woke up wide-eyed, holding onto life's biggest questions like they were a riddle waiting to be solved. Lost in years of trying to fit in, doubting her worth, and craving more from the already amazing life she had, something inside of her stirred.
Fast-forward to her third Breathwork session, and that is where the magic truly began! Her body started to let go, releasing baggage that did not belong. Clarity rolled in like a plot twist in her own movie-it wasn't about finding all the answers-
It was actually about finding herself.
I am here to remind you of how powerful you really are-that everything you need is already within you. One secret tool is to utilize your breath to guide your mind to work for you, not against you.
I also want to share just how much emotion your body stores-that's why you feel tension, illness and unease.
